Feature Spotlight: Using Case Reviews to Capture Statistics

Sometimes it’s necessary to gather metrics from your case activities in order to give you an accurate view of the work that has been done. In addition to performance reviews, the Case Reviews feature in Trackops is a great way to gather this information from your staff.

Ask the right questions, get valuable answers

By creating questions that ask for measurable data (e.g. yes/no, numbers, etc...), your case reviews can collect simple, but valuable pieces of data. Completing case reviews on a daily basis allows you stay on top of your investigators' daily findings while aggregating valuable reporting data that will assist you in everything from quality assurance to marketing.
