Feature Spotlight: Managing Staff Licenses

You may need to keep track of licenses, contracts, permits and other documents for your employees. This is easily accomplished in Trackops by using the License feature.

With the License feature you can add any number new licenses (or other documents). You can set their expiration and search for it by number, staff or State of issue. You can also set up notifications to alert the staff member of impending expirations or if the license has already expired.
